On 10th June it was lovely to welcome back Michael and Heather Herbert. Michael was minister here from 1970 to 1983. We started the service in the original church building in Seer Green, then a lace school, now the Parish Hall. We heard memories of what God had done in the lives of the people who used to meet in that building. Then we walked through the village to the present building, constructed during Michael’s time here. The recording starts with Andrew talking to Michael and Heather. After about 9 minutes we have the two readings from Deuteronomy 8 and Philippians 3. From 14 minutes onwards Michael speaks on looking back and looking forward.
